Roger graduated from Pacific Christian College (now called Hope International University) with a BA in Social Science, where he was also a 2 yr. starter on the Div. II men’s basketball team.  Roger worked for several years as a Social Work Case Coordinator in Los Angeles and has also worked as a Foster Care Social Worker for Gaston County, as well as a Child Protective Services Investigator for Cabarrus County.  Most recently, Roger worked as an Investigator for 3 years with Baltimore City Public Schools.  

In his spare time, Roger enjoys serving as the Assistant Varsity Girls Basketball Coach, while balancing school, where he is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Counseling.
