I have enjoyed living in numerous places ... born in Hawaii, living in such places as the Chicago area, the suburbs of New York City, California, and North Carolina. Attended college in California; Master's College and Citrus College. In the Charlotte area, I have been a nanny; a proofreader, and then moved into graphics at Griggs Publishing/Street & Smith for almost 9 years; worked in the Graphics/Creative department at a television network station for 8 years; a caregiver for 8+ years. One of my favorite jobs was proofreading for the Library of Congress (in California). This year will be my third year at Bradford Prep as a kindergarten TA.

Before coming to Bradford Prep I was blessed to work with people with special needs as a caregiver; also volunteering at Wings of Eagles Ranch and at JoyProm. With being able to call many of them friends, I can say they changed my life. They inspire me!

I have also traveled to Africa to assist in setting up an orphanage for kids. Spending time with those kids is still one of the highlights of my life. I want to remember how it felt to see their daily lives and be reminded of how well we live in America. Another life-changing experience.

I enjoy photography, art, reading, movies; spending time with family and friends, and the beach is my happy place!
