Alyssa Geary, English 1/Theatre Arts Teacher
Ms. Geary started as a substitute at Bradford at the beginning of 2020. She began teaching English I during the 2020-21 school year while completing her Graduate Certificate in Secondary English Education at UNC-Charlotte. She earned her Bachelor's degree from UNC-Chapel Hill in both English and Dramatic Arts. This year, she will be teaching both English I and Theatre Arts. She currently resides in Concord with her partner, two beloved cats (Milo and Casper), and bearded dragon (Nyx).

- I majored in both English and Dramatic Arts and earned my bachelor’s degree from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2019. I went to UNC-Charlotte and earned my graduate certificate in Secondary English Education in 2021. I started as a substitute at Bradford in the beginning of 2020 and now I have been teaching in my own classroom here for three years! I have previously taught English I, English I Honors, and Theatre Arts. I’m excited to teach English III, English III Honors, and Junior Seminar this year. Outside of school, I enjoy doing makeup, singing, playing Animal Crossing/Stardew Valley, and spending time with my pets. (I have two cats, a bearded dragon, and a baby ball python!)
