Reginald Stevens, 5th Grade ELA/Social Studies Teacher

Reginald Stevens graduated with his Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Hampton University in Hampton Virginia in 2005. He worked in the classroom as an EC teacher assistant in Newport News Virginia, Greensboro and Charlotte NC. Mr. Stevens has worked in elementary schools, alternative schools and several mental health/foster care facilities with youth ranging from the elementary age up to high school for 10 years before moving to Bradford Prep in 2016. He taught 4th grade, 5th grade Social Studies and now ELA and SS at Bradford currently. During his time at Bradford, Reggie has had the opportunity to help develop the mentor program along with several other staff and administration members. He is passionate about helping children become educated with tools they need to be successful in life and also about working to change negative perceptions bred by society. Reginald lives in Charlotte with his wife, Tiffany, and two daughters, Kinsley and Bellamy. He enjoys kayaking, biking, playing tennis and spending time with family and friends.

Windy Gap 5 & 6th Grade Fall Retreat


The Fall Retreat is nearly here! Grades 5 and 6 will be going to Windy Gap on October 1st-2nd. 

It is an excellent, exciting, and rewarding time for both students and teachers. We all get to know one another on a more personal level and we get to see one another in a fun and exciting environment.  Windy Gap is truly a treat.!
