Aug - No meeting - Parents are encouraged to get acclimated with being back n the school routine. Check school email and event pages for upcoming dates for events and volunteer opportunities

Volunteer opportunities are available year-round to all parents! PACK meetings are held on the Bradford Prep School campus and are open to all parents! Feel free to drop in anytime!

PACK Committees
Note: There is no Upper School Committee because Upper School students plan and execute their own events throughout the school year, asking for help from parents as needed.
Lower School Events
The Lower School Events committee volunteers to plan and execute events for students in grades K-4 to ensure they are fun-filled and safe. Volunteer opportunities may exist to assist with event logistics, assist with decorations, setup/cleanup, and various other activities. Past events have included: Winter Jam, Mother/Son Event, Daddy/Daughter Dance.
Middle School Events
The Middle School Events committee volunteers to plan and execute events for students in grades 5-8 to ensure they are fun-filled and safe. Volunteer opportunities may exist to assist with event logistics, assist with decorations, setup/cleanup, and various other activities. Past events have included: Middle School Bash, Winter Jam, Spring Dance.
Men of Bradford
This committee is designed specifically with the Men of Bradford in mind. If you are interested in sharing your skills, and donating your time to serve the school, we need you!

Spirit Night
This team of volunteers lead the effort in arranging Bradford Spirit Nights with local businesses. Bradford Spirit Nights help raise funds for the PACK to support the school and sponsored events.
Teacher Appreciation (TAC)
This team of volunteers lead the effort to plan and execute events that focus on encouraging Bradford teachers and staff. Volunteers have the opportunity to assist with these efforts by volunteering for specific events announced and/or by making donations.
Past events have included: Classroom Helpers, Cookie Walk, Soup-er Bowl, Treats for Teachers, donations to the Staff Break Areas, and Teacher Appreciation Week.
Greeting (Welcome) Committee
This team of volunteers is dedicated to greeting new and returning families. This team of volunteers work in conjunction with Bradford Spirit Nights and other school events by attending and making themselves available to answer questions.
Athletic Boosters
Boosters are here to help support the sports teams and events at Bradford Prep. They help provide student-athletes with a positive experience through their enthusiasm, financial support, fundraising skills, and time.
The Bradford Boosters help student-athletes succeed on and off the playing field/court. To sign up for the Booster Club, please contact the Athletic Director, Brian Whiteleather via email at whiteleather@bradfordprep.org.
Book Fair
This team of volunteers work together to bring the Scholastic Book Fair to our school several times throughout the year. Volunteers assist with set-up, working in the store during open hours, and pack-up.
Catered Lunch
The catered lunch volunteers serve pre-ordered, pre-packaged lunches to our students. Volunteers inventory the order, sort the pre-packaged lunches for pick up and distribute lunches to students as they arrive. Volunteers learn how the process works as you volunteer! Volunteers work in shifts based on the school lunch schedules. Anyone can sign up to volunteer via the "SignUp Genius" notification that is sent out at the beginning of each year as well as by using the link on the school website under Catered Lunch.
Lost and Found
The Lost and Found volunteers work together to organize and sort through the lost and found bins as needed throughout the school year. Volunteers also may have the opportunity to assist in organizing Bradford Spirit Wear.
School Supplies
This team of volunteers work with the School Administration to organize the school supply orders and help prepare supplies for distribution before the new school starts.
