Volunteer opportunities are available year-round to all parents! PACK meetings are held on the Bradford Prep School campus and are open to all parents! Feel free to drop in anytime!

NOTE: 2020-2021 PACK Meetings will be held virtually via ZOOM until further notice. Meeting dates are on the school event calendar. Large events sponsored by the PACK and on-campus volunteer events will not be held/available until further notice. 

This team of volunteers work together to bring the Scholastic Book Fair to our school several times throughout the year. Volunteers assist with set-up, working in the store during open hours, and pack-up. There are no meetings to attend! Notifications of volunteer opportunities are discussed at PACK meetings, communicated via email, and/or social media.
The catered lunch volunteers serve pre-ordered, pre-packaged lunches to our students. Volunteers inventory the order, sort the pre-packaged lunches for pick up and distribute lunches to students as they arrive. There are no meetings to attend! Volunteers learn how the process works as you volunteer! Volunteers work in shifts based on the lunch school lunch schedules. Anyone can sign up to volunteer via the "SignUp Genius" notification that is sent out at the beginning of each year.
 
Reminder: For 2020-2021, on-campus volunteers are limited. The school staff are currently working on distributing lunches to students.
This team of volunteers is dedicated to greeting new and returning families. This team of volunteers work in conjunction with Bradford Spirit Nights and other school events by attending and making themselves available to answer questions. There are no meetings to attend! Notifications of volunteer opportunities are discussed at PACK meetings, communicated via email, and/or social media.

The Lost and Found volunteers work together to organize and sort through the lost and found bins as needed throughout the school year. Volunteers also may have the opportunity to assist in organizing Bradford Spirit Wear. There are no meetings to attend! Notifications of volunteer opportunities are discussed at PACK meetings, communicated via email, and/or social media.

 

The Lower School Events committee plan and execute events for students in grades K-4. Volunteers have the opportunity to assist with event logistics, assist with decorations, setup/cleanup, and various activities to make them fun-filled and safe. Volunteers meet to discuss logistics as needed and at the PACK meetings. Past events have included: Winter Jam, Mother/Son Event, Daddy/Daughter Dance
The Middle School Events committee plan and execute events for students in grades 5-8. Volunteers have the opportunity to assist with planning event logistics, assist with decorations, setup/cleanup, and various activities to make them fun-filled and safe. Volunteers meet to discuss logistics as needed and at the PACK meetings. Past events have included: Middle School Bash, Winter Jam, Spring Dance 
This team of volunteers work with the School Administration to organize the school supply orders and help prepare supplies for distribution before the new school starts. There are no meetings to attend! Notifications of volunteer opportunities are discussed at PACK meetings, communicated via email, and/or social media.
This team of volunteers lead the effort in arranging Bradford Spirit Nights with local businesses. Bradford Spirit Nights help raise funds for the PACK to support the school and sponsored events. There are no meetings to attend! Notifications of volunteer opportunities are discussed at PACK meetings, communicated via email, and/or social media.
This team of volunteers work together to plan and execute events that focus on encouraging Bradford teachers and staff. Volunteers have the opportunity to assist with these efforts by volunteering for specific events announced and/or by making donations.
Past events have included: Classroom Helpers, Cookie Walk, Soup-er Bowl, Treats for Teachers, donations to the Staff Break Areas, and Teacher Appreciation Week. Families can always show appreciation and encourage Bradford Staff and teachers by making hand-written notes, providing hands-on help to the classroom. always being supportive. 

Note: There is no Upper School Committee because Upper School students plan and execute their own events throughout the school year, asking for help from parents as needed.
