The Pack (PTSO)
The Bradford Prep Pack (BPP) is a collective group of parent volunteers. If you are looking for a way to plug in, please consider joining one or more of the committees below! Pack meetings are conducted on the Bradford Prep School campus at 6 pm on the third Thursday of each month in room 3117. Feel free to drop in anytime! If you have questions or want more information, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
This committee brings the Scholastic Book Fair to our school several times throughout the year. Volunteers assist with set-up, working in the store during open hours and pack-up.
Catered Lunch volunteers serve pre-ordered, pre-packaged lunches to our students. Volunteers inventory the order, sort the pre-packaged lunches for pick up and distribute lunches to students as they arrive. There are no meetings to attend – you can learn how the process works as you volunteer! Anyone can sign up using the link below, choosing one or both shifts on the days and times that work for you.
Lost and Found
This committee organizes the lost and found bins as needed. Volunteers also occasionally assist with organizing Bradford Spirit Wear.
Lower School Events
This committee plans and executes events for grades K-4. Volunteers assist with decorations, setup/cleanup, and various activities at each event to make them fun-filled and safe.
Middle School Events
This committee plans and executes events for grades 5-8. Volunteers assist with decorations, setup/cleanup, and various activities at each event to make them fun-filled and safe.
This committee organizes the school supply fundraiser. Volunteers help to prepare supplies for distribution before the new school starts.
This committee arranges Bradford Spirit Nights with local businesses to raise funds for the Pack and is dedicated to greeting new and returning families. Volunteers work in conjunction with Bradford Spirit Nights and other school events by attending and making themselves available to answer questions.
Teacher Appreciation (TAC)
This committee plans and executes teacher appreciation events and encourages our teachers through hand-written notes and mailbox treats. Volunteers assist by donating items for events, trimming box tops from home, writing thank you notes, providing hands-on help to teachers, etc.
Please note that anyone can use the following link to donate items for our teachers!
Note: There is no Upper School Committee because Upper School students plan and execute their own events throughout the school year, asking for help from parents as needed.
