Welcome to our New Head Varsity Girls Basketball Coach

Bradford Preparatory School is proud to welcome Brad Baranowski to the Bradford Prep program as the new Head Varsity Girls Basketball Coach

Brad has deep roots in the Charlotte community, where he graduated from Providence High School before earning his degree in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from the College of Charleston in 2002. He began his professional career with a minor league baseball organization, where he developed a strong foundation in teamwork, communication, and organizational leadership.

In 2008, Brad transitioned into real estate, and in 2012, he and his wife, Lorna, founded Elle Bee Realty. Today, their company continues to thrive, specializing in new construction homes within 55+ communities. Throughout his career, Brad has built a reputation for his relational leadership style, exceptional work ethic, and dedication to serving others.

While successful professionally, coaching has remained one of Brad’s greatest passions. Over the past five years, he has served as the middle school girls’ basketball coach at Lincoln Charter School, leading his teams to four PCAC Conference Championships. He has also coached middle school baseball for four years, securing two conference titles. Beyond the impressive accomplishments, Brad is most passionate about mentoring young athletes and helping students grow both on and off the field.

Brad’s commitment to students and athletes is grounded in the strong support of his family—his wife, Lorna, and their four children, Brayden, Tucker, Ellie Grace, and Emma. Together, they remain actively involved in their community and share a deep commitment to investing in others.

Bradford Preparatory School is excited for Brad to bring his energy, leadership, and player development experience to its athletic program. His dedication to building character, fostering teamwork, and developing student-athletes will be a tremendous asset to the Bradford Prep community.
