In order to maintain safety for our students, we will require that ALL students be picked up from school and leave campus during carpool. Students will not be allowed to leave directly from class to attend Sporting or Fine Arts programs. Students wishing to attend an event as a spectator will be allowed to enter sporting/fine art programs 15 minutes prior to the start of the event. In addition, K-8 students that wish to attend a sporting event or fine arts performance must attend with a chaperone who is 18 years of age or older. All spectators are expected to be seated during the event. For events in the gym or commons and they need to leave to go to the concession stand or restroom, we ask that they return in a timely manner. Students will be expected to follow the Spectator Code of Conduct. If students are defiant or disrespectful, they will be asked to leave, and if the conduct continues, we may ban the student from future events. 

Security and Cost:

The NCHSSA has instituted a policy requiring security personnel at all Basketball games as well as athletic trainers and officials. With the rising cost of hosting games, we have made the decision to create a student fee to access ALL REGULAR IN-SEASON HOME ATHLETIC EVENTS. Student passes can be purchased online. Passes will be emailed to the email address listed on the purchase form within two (2) business days. Students can show the pass on their phone or show a printed copy to access a game. If the student does not have a student pass, they will be charged admission as noted below:

Adult ticket pricing:

Adults Middle School Games: $5

Adults High School Games: $7

Children age 5 and under FREE

Senior Citizens (60+) $5

Complimentary Admission:

Athletes of the same sport will have Free entry on Game Day.

Our goal is to maintain a safe environment for students, staff, and parents at all Bradford events.

We hope these measures will create the opportunity for everyone to have an enjoyable experience while on the Bradford campus.

Spectators are an integral part of the game day/fine art performance experience. However, attendance at Bradford Prep events is a privilege, not a right. 

Spectators are expected to conform to acceptable standards of good sportsmanship and behavior.

All spectators' comments and actions must show respect for opposing team participants, coaches, and game officials.

Spectators must follow all directives from school administrators, event staff, and law enforcement.

Spectators will be subject to ejection from the event for behaviors that are disruptive, unruly, or abusive. This type of behavior includes, but is not limited to, foul language and any verbal or physical harassment of other coaches, officials, and spectators, especially fans of the opposing team.

Spectators who witness, or are harassed by, intimidating behavior and/or comments by other spectators are urged to report these occurrences to school administrators or report via the See Something, Say Something App.

Physical retaliation, regardless of the actions or comments of other spectators, will not be permitted and will be subject to immediate ejection, and the person committing retaliation may be banned from future event attendance.

Spectators' behavior reflects on the team that they are supporting.

You are a representative of Bradford Prep, and as a member of the Bradford community, you are expected to respect others, our school, and ourselves.
