Space is limited and applications are processed in the order they are received.
If a program is full, your child will automatically be placed on the waitlist until space becomes available.
Applications are reviewed within 48 business hours. Please do not assume your child may begin attending on the same day you submit an application.

Program Monthly Rate
Before School Program (BSP) $120
After School Program (Grades K–4) $275
After School Program (Grades 5–8) $250
After School Program (Grades 9–12) $200
10-Day After School Drop-In Pass $250 (prepaid)
Bradford Prep Staff Care $10 per staff workday (lunch included)

Additional Information:
$25 non-refundable enrollment fee per student.
Additional siblings receive a $10 monthly discount per child.
The program does not accept childcare subsidies or third-party payments.

Payment Information:
Monthly invoices are issued on the 20th of each month.
Payments are automatically drafted on the 1st of the following month.
Accounts must remain current before a child may attend.
Late fees apply after the 3rd, and accounts not paid by the 5th may result in program termination.

Late Pick-Up Policy:
Families receive a 10-minute grace period after program dismissal.
After the grace period, a $1 per minute late fee will be charged.
Repeated late pickups (more than three in a month) may affect future program participation.

Important Reminders:
Changes to enrollment or payment plans must be submitted by email before the 20th of the month to take effect the following month.
Failure to respond to payment notifications may result in your child's enrollment being cancelled.
A $25 re-enrollment fee applies for students returning after termination, provided space is available and all outstanding balances have been paid.
