Bradford Preparatory School

Cheryl Clark, M.A., CCC Speech Language Pathologist

Cheryl is honored to serve as the Speech-Language Pathologist for students in grades K–12. Cheryl earned her master’s degree in Communicative Disorders from the University of Central Florida in 2006. After moving to North Carolina, she began her career in private practice before joining the Bradford family part-time in 2018 and transitioning to full-time in 2019.

In June 2026, Cheryl completed the coursework needed to earn her Special Education certification. In addition to providing speech and language services, Cheryl has had the opportunity to work with Bradford's Exceptional Children population as an EC teacher for 3 years. Cheryl loves finding creative ways to help students communicate, build confidence, and discover their own strengths. Cheryl truly believe that everyone deserves a voice!

Outside of the classroom, Bradford has become a special part of her family’s life. For the past five years, she has had the privilege of serving as the head coach of the Bradford Middle School Girls Soccer team. Cheryl's son graduated from Bradford in May 2026 and is currently pursuing a degree in Finance, while her two daughters are current Bradford high school students.

When Cheryl is not at school, you can usually find her cheering on her kids at their games, routing for her favorite football team (GO BILLS!), reading, cooking or baking, playing games with her family, or attending Bible study. Cheryl feels incredibly blessed to work with such amazing teachers, students and families and to be part of the Bradford Prep community!
