Shay Carnes is the Middle School Instructional Assistant at Bradford. She has a background in education and is currently working toward her degree in Elementary Education. Shay began her journey at Bradford as a substitute teacher after spending 12 years as a stay-at-home mom. She lives in Huntersville with her husband, their three children, and their Golden Retriever, Dozer. She is passionate about supporting students and creating a positive, encouraging classroom environment.
