Parent Retest Form for Upper School

This year Bradford Prep is offering students the option to retest for the Math 1 and Math 3 EOC if they do not pass the test the first time they take it. Students can only retest with parent permission. Students will not be hurt if they score lower the second time they test. For EOC courses, the grade they receive on the test is 20% of their final grade. If a student does not pass the first time, then the student will receive a final grade for the higher of the two exam scores.
