Prior to participating in practices or tryouts, we must have a completed Athletic Paperwork packet submitted through Dragonfly. As the physical does expire after 395 days and a requires a doctor to fill it out, please plan accordingly.  Paperwork must be submitted online via DragonFly Max.  Click on the button below to set up your account and upload documents.
