Mr. Leak, also known as Coach Leak, will be serving as the Dean of Students for grades 5- 8 for the 2024-2025 school year. As an experienced educator and football coach, he is excited to support students both academically and personally in his leadership role. A proud graduate of North Carolina A&T, Mr. Leak was a key player on the MEAC Champion football team and later returned as an assistant coach. In addition to his athletic experience, Mr. Leak spent 25 years in corporate banking before transitioning to education. For the past 10 years, he has worked with Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools as a behavior modification technician, coach, and mentor. Mr. Leak is passionate about helping students thrive, both in and out of the classroom. His dedication to fostering a positive and supportive environment makes him a valuable member of the Bradford Prep community.
