Heather Hardy graduated with her Bachelor's degree in Advertising with a minor in Spanish from Penn State University in 1997. She worked in the advertising industry for 7 years, 6 of them in Atlanta before moving to Charlotte 20 years ago. After moving, she stayed home for 10 years with her daughters before rejoining the workforce in education. This will be Mrs. Hardy's 11th year at Bradford, the first 4 were spent in the EC department where she enjoyed helping numerous students. This will be Mrs. Hardy’s 7th year teaching middle school Spanish (7th and 8th grades), a role she enjoys immensely. She absolutely loves watching the students’ growth and excitement in learning this wonderful language. 

Mrs. Hardy lives in Harrisburg with her husband, Zack, and daughters, Elizabeth (Bitty), a freshman at UNC Charlotte and Abby a sophomore at Hickory Ridge High School. Her oldest, Emma, is a junior at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  Go Heels! She enjoys watching her youngest play sports, spending time with family, traveling to the beach and mountains, reading, and catching up on her TV shows.
