Heather Hardy graduated with her Bachelor's degree in Advertising with a minor in Spanish from Penn State University in 1997. She worked in the advertising industry for 7 years, 6 of them in Atlanta before moving to Charlotte 18 years ago. After moving, she stayed home for 10 years with her daughters before rejoining the workforce in education. This will be Mrs. Hardy's 9th year at Bradford, the first 4 were spent in the EC department where she enjoyed helping numerous students. This will be Mrs. Hardy’s 5th year teaching middle school Spanish (6th, 7th and 8th grades), a role she enjoys immensely. She absolutely loves watching the students’ growth and excitement in learning this wonderful language. 

Mrs. Hardy lives in Harrisburg with her husband, Zack, and daughters, Elizabeth (Bitty), and Abby. Her oldest, Emma, headed off to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill this year. Go Heels! She enjoys watching her girls play sports, spending time with family, traveling to the beach and mountains, reading, and catching up on her TV shows.
