Bradford Prep's 5th & 6th Grade Fall Retreat is just around the corner! From October 7th-8th, grades seven and eight will be heading to Windy Gap camp in the mountains just north of Asheville! Charter buses will pick up the students at school and take them to camp for an overnight adventure planned just for our students. We are so excited to offer this opportunity to our 5th and 6th grade students! It is a great chance to get away from their regular life and bond with each other as classmates!
The permission slip and $75 deposit are due by 8/31. No Exceptions.
Dates: October 7th-8th
Departing at 8:45AM on 10/7 and returning at 4:30PM on 10/8

Cost: $130, $75 deposit is due on 8/31. Final Payment is due by 9/30.

Financial Aid: If you need financial assistance or a payment plan, please submit the Financial Aid Form below to Brenda Robinson by 8/26 so she has time to review it and get back to you prior to the payment deadline.

Volunteers Needed
We need parents to come along as either chaperones or work crew. The camp requires us to bring 28 work crew team members. Please consider coming to work in the kitchen - it's a great way to come along on the trip and get to know some other parents. There is additional information regarding what it means to be a chaperone or work crew member on the permission slip. You will also see the opportunity to sign up to volunteer on the permission slip.
