Amanda Davis, 8th Grade ELA Teacher
Ms. Davis graduated Appalachian State University with her Bachelor's in English. Shortly after graduation she attended UNC Charlotte to get her teaching certification. She moved to Hope Mills, NC to teach 8th grade ELA for 2 years at Lumberton Jr. High School. She moved back to Concord, NC in 2015 to begin work at Cabarrus Charter. She spent her time there as a 6th, 7th, and 8th grade ELA teacher as well as a Freshman Seminar and Broadcasting Teacher. She has a passion for reading and technology, as well as a passion for helping students achieve their best in all things. In her free time she likes to read, play guitar or mandolin, play video games, walk her giant fluffy dog, or play board games with her friends and family. This will be her first year as a Bradford Bear!
